[Rack] Building some new electronics to open the gate?

So I'm fairly sure there's something wrong with the board hooked up to
the WISE box that's running the gate, that or the WISE terminal can't
tickle the parallel port properly anymore.

It would be nice if either...

1. Something small got built that plugs into ethernet (PoE?) and
operates a relay when poked.

2. Something that can run a relay off of Minotaur.
