[Rack] DSL link congested

[Rubin Abdi]

Not really looking into this as I currently don't actually care, but
figured pinging rack would be good. Grabbing anything off of
pony.noisebridge.net over the internet takes a while to respond, and
whatever the response is it's flowing through the tubes like mud.
