[Rack] AP settings

Ok, I had the wrong addresses.. and the noisebridge-a AP was setup with 
defaults.

Fixes applied:
  - Updated config on minotaur to accept rsyslog (TCP/UDP)
  - Updated ap2 and ap4 (Cisco 2.4ghz "noisebridge") to syslog to minotaur
  - Updated ap3 (Powerstation 5) to latest firmware
  - Updated ap3 to syslog ot minotaur
  - Updated ap3 to standard username and password
  - Updated stallion to syslog to minotaur
