[Rack] Cable Trays?

I'm interested in getting more, better Ethernet drops around 2169. I
was thinking of just expanding upon the existing "wrap some 12-gauge
copper on some electrical conduit" system, but Ben K. mentioned that
he and Shannon were thinking about trying to get some cable trays up.

We already have an estimated 40 feet of tray at 2169, but we'd need a
bit more to do much of anything useful with it.

I'm totally down to help make this happen, though I'm not certain how
we can mount things into the ceiling. We obviously already have the
electrical conduits and fluorescent lights up there, but I'm not sure
where and how we can fasten into the ceiling to hang tray.


Does anyone else have an interested in seeing some tray go up? Ben and
I were thinking about doing some brainstorming tomorrow.

Another approach I'd considered: measuring out the length of future
tray runs and just making cable bundles to fit those lengths, but
hanging them in the ghetto-fabulous copper wire loops.
