[Rack] Horsy rebooted

Thing was hung, just rebooted it. Also seems like a noiserat has plugged
in a Logitech USB webcam, hid it in the mess of cables up there, pointed
at the general hack area. The camera now is pointed at something far
more enjoyable, the Noisebridge Plushy Bedbug (post feeding).
