[Rack] nb network down or awry and...

    hmmm. if jorgen is still there, he may be able 
to recite the problem ("noisebridge" wifi did not 
respond. our attempts to connect to 13 and/or 14 
did not seem to work, at least we got no dhcp at 
the time. 
    i'll be there and available tomorrow sometime 
after noon. i'll put more work into the turing 
electrical and see if i can connect via 13/14.
