[Rack] bunny (on the roof) wired into susan

On Sunday evening @midendian and @mct and I re-installed the Mode-S
receiver machine on the roof.  It has a passive POE injector screwed to
the plywood behind Susan.  I stuck my phone number on a note nearby.
Please call/email if you notice anything amiss with the setup.

We used up the last of the Cat5 ends that we found doing so.

I've got a Monoprice order for 200 Cat5 ends on its way, should be here
Wednesday or Thursday.  Tossed in a couple other goodies too.
