[Rack] proxy with sf ip

[Calamity SF]

Hi,

I would need to access a webpage from outside of San Francisco but with having a San Francisco IP appearing for that website.
For this, the simplest seems to have access to a proxy in San Francisco.
I could come to the Mission building anytime today until Thursday if someone could help me with this.
That is very important for me and would be extremely kind if someone could help me.
