[Rack] Pony?

I stopped into 2169 tonight, and it was just sitting in the rack powered off.

I just wonder how it got in that state. I powered it on for a moment,
and lights and disk started happening, but I shut it off to leave it
like I found it.

Any idea if it starts up after power loss and restoration?
