[Rack] ponybot

I just spun up another bot in #noisebridge, ponybot.  It's a rbot
running as user ponybot on pony.noisebridge.net.  The .rbot directory is
checked into git and is public at
https://github.com/noisebridge/noisebot .  The .rbot/conf.yaml file is
not included since it has passwords and stuff.  (Dammit.)

Please hack ponybot to do interesting things, such as accept git pull
requests to update itself based on IRC messages from
authenticated-to-services IRC users.

Until such self-update tools are in place, ssh keys in
~rbot/.ssh/authorized_keys are the way to update it.  Find me or Danny
or someone else with root on pony if you'd like your key added.
