[Rack] updates to the /gate webpage on pony

hi all,

i'd like to make some UI updates to the gate webpage on pony. does anyone
have specific requirements like using the page from a blackberry device or
something not so modern? or could i just support modern smart phones with a
new page via user agent redirection?
