[Rack] Audio off of Pony

My idea is a 50' run of USB repeater cable, a USB audio device, to
above the hack cafe and the general hacking area, and then audio cable
down to the amps, all coming from Pony. This would sort of fix the
whole issue of the juke box not working because there some issue
between the user and either Zebra or Horsy (most likely a device ping
powered off or not networked).

Would anyone object to switching to PulseAudio and running two
instances of MPD off of Pony?

Also anyone feel like tossing some money into making music at NB suck
less?
