I am; well, there are a couple of other people who've done admin stuff
at various times, but I'm pretty sure I've created 90% of the lists that
have been created.

I'm a little sad about the name "frontend".  That definitely does not
convey to me, at first glance, that the list is about building web UIs.

But I'm oldfashioned I guess, and I don't have a better suggestion, and
naming arguments are almost never helpful, so I should just create the
list. :)

But I'll wait for a few hours -- does anybody have a better suggestion
than "frontend"?  Jeffrey, you get the final say in the name of your
list of course.
