[Rack] noisebridge.net downtime

Cernio is going to be migrating all VMs to new hardware soon.  The 
hardware has been ordered and should be setup in the next few weeks.

This should vastly improve the speed of noisebridge's VPS.  It's also 
going to give us 2GB of ram for less than the price of the 512MB we have 
right now. :)
