[Rack] noisebridge.net DNS outage and zeusmail removal

Due to some overlooked fallout from the OOM last week, noisebridge.net
DNS was broken for a few hours this morning.

While cleaning that up, I noticed that we had a very suspicious set of
subscriptions to nearly all of our lists.
