[Rack] Network woes

The other humor from our clean-up the other night was that we found the
POTS line for the DSL modem hooked up to a coupler and patched into the
switch!

God forbid anyone should call our DSL line number and send 90 volts, 20 Hz
AC in our Ethernet magnetics!

No wonder that thing was failing pretty hard. :p
