[Rack] Fwd: safety at lists.noisebridge.net

Hey rack@, can you create a "safety" NB mailing list? I'm going to try to
restart the safety committee (make the fire extinguishers more visible, put
up signing in the dirty shop, etc.) It's also a place for people to report
safety issues instead of the main list. I'll be the listowner.
