[Rack] Chip in to replace wifi network

Ok, Casey and I installed the two new APs. We also pulled the plug on the
old "noisebridge" APs. The two cisco 2.4ghz APs and the ruckus.
We left the noisebridge-a network online as a backup.
We also created a new SSID called Nosebridge. :-)
