[Rack] Looks like dns is down in the space

Found the problem, Sonic DSL line was down, minotaur's default gateway is 
the DSL line so if that's down, it can't talk to the internet.

I rebooted the sonic DSL modem and it came back.

I've got a solution to this problem, should only take me a few min to fix.
