[Rack] samsys mp 9320 uses DHCP

There doesn't seem to be any link up on port 34.

I see a link up on port 33 (10 Mbit, half-duplex; weird), but just a
Cisco/Linksys MAC address on the far end. Whatever that is
has 172.30.1.249, and port 2101 isn't open.
