So here's a status update:
* I'm about 30% copying files from the old machine's drive to the new 
server
* Serial ttyS0 is the boot console, not to be used 
* ttyS1 and ttyS2 on the expansion card.

There is supposed to be another onboard serial or two, but I don't see 
them.
