[Rack] wiki spam

Any idea who did this hack?  I'm looking at the mediawiki install and
there are several hundred places where "wpTextbox1" appears, I'm loathe
to change them manually.  Seems likely to break something.

(It's a great hack which we totally should reinstate.)
