[Rack] minotaur was down

When I got to NB this afternoon there was a sign on the front door about
electronic door opening not working. I found that minotaur was not
responding to ping. Mischief turned on the LCD connected to minotaur and
found a linux stack trace mentioning the USB-to-serial interface. Power
cycling minotaur restored door-opening functionality. There is
unfortunately nothing in kern.log about it.
