[Rack] Finding out status of NB Network?

Currently successfully accessing NB's WiFi from the Hackatorium.

Regarding Rack posting

How can someone find out the working status of the NB LAN (DHCP, WiFi,
...etc.) from OUTSIDE of the Space, e.g., remotely??
This would be for planning when (or if) it is worthwhile to visit the
Space in person for productive activity.
