[Rack] tubes report

So we did some testing, and something is definitely wrong with
throughput. When we just had monkeybrains connected to a dumb Linksys
AP, speedtest was showing 10+ Mbit/sec. Now that everything is back on
bikeshed, speedtest, with wired, is 4Mbit up / 19 down.

I don't see any obvious interface errors.

Wat? Halp?
