[Rack] tubes report

I updated bikeshed to the latest vyatta.

I think we still have the issue where the soekris/grub don't boot unless 
you actively attach to the serial line.  I changed the serial speed to 
115200 to make booting less painful.

FYI since this wasn't mentioned before:

bikeshed can be found on /dev/ttyUSB1 speed 115200
