I have not done that knowingly. When i last restored the page, i simply 
clicked undo on ONE edit-- the one right after my own most recent edit. 
This seems to have the effect result of rolling back all edits to mine.

Maybe behind the scenes wikimedia is logging this as multiple undo's? 
but i'm only clicking undo once.
