You might be right, but we can't know for sure. Maybe worth 
experimenting.

OR! idea: Give all members @noisebridge.net and don't allow ANY domains 
except @noisebridge.net.

IRL, the word "hacking" has a negative connotation for many people.

What do you call maliciously altering a webpage? I believe 'trolling' is 
not the correct term for that.
