[Rack] Rack in server closet?

There's a giant 4-poster ~40+ U rack in the server closet. It's totally
empty except for some crates of cables at the bottom.

I propose we get rid of it.
Noiesbridge doesn't need any more racks, and it's ever so unhelpfully
placed so that you can't get to the back of Susan the Rack at all.
