[Rack] wiki admin request

Hi, rack

I'd like sysop access to the noisebridge.net wiki install for the purposes of 
this document:

I plan on doing a bunch of wiki editing to clean up documentation and make 
things a lot easier to find :)

That page also says there are two extensions required for mediawiki: 
ParserFunctions and Scribunto

I'd be more than happy to install them if I could have a go at the server 
myself.
