[Rack] [Noisebridge-discuss] Wiki Trolling continues

To be more clear:  there have been several different permutations of
the name Johnyradio, including JohnnyRadio, Johnnyradio, and maybe a
couple of others.  I perma-banned "Johnnyradio" earlier today and
reverted all his "work".
