[Rack] Rack migration Nov 22nd/23rd

Still looking for helpers.

Tonight we were able to mount the rack on the wall outside the closet!
UPS is installed. Most of this weekend will involve simply cutting and
feeding the patch cables over from inside the wall to outside the wall.
