[Rack] Noisebridge Labitrack alias

The longer term plan is to have the labitrack service run on pegasus,
which is reachable at 2169.noisebridge.net. While not as aesthetically
pleasing a URL it'd still work. We just need a sufficiently long USB
extension cable for the printer.
