[Rack] Network hack night, Wed the 8th

I'm calling it. Network hack night on Wednesday the 8th. I'll try to get
into the space around 18:00.

Things to work on:
* Plumbing cable from the rack down to the basement for the Sonic link
* Better cable management for the rack
* Installing switches inside the classrooms
* Signing discouraging people from simply turning everything off and on
in an attempt to fix their personal problems
