Patrick: Did Monkeybrains ever get back to you on the cost of a static
address. I don't remember if it was you or someone else, but I vaguely
remember somebody talking about getting more bandwidth through Monkeybrains.

It would be great if we could find out the following things...

* How much are we paying for Monkeybrains right now?
* How much bandwidth are we supposed to get from them for this current cost?
* How much do they want to charge for a single static address?
* How much do they want to charge for more bandwidth?
* Who are admins for the account?
