[Rack] Sonic.net DSL

So an update now that I'm not as emotionally pained as I was last night.
Carlos and I (with some help from Patrick), ran a single run of CAT5e
from the closet down to the telco box in the basement. It was epic and
horrible and not something I want to do again.
The original plan was to do POE and leave the modem in the basement so
the DSL had a slightly shorter run to deal with. Considering...
* All the trouble we've been having with the basement
* We wont have access to the modem after the basement gate gets locked
* Me bleeding everywhere
* Time constraints
* The request to also have a pots line in the space and how much of a
pain it was to run one cable already
Carlos and I decided to just do the run and leave the modem in the
space. I've terminated both ends of the cable with plastic 2 port wall
mount jacks. The end next to the teclo box has a CAT5 cable with an RJ45
end plugged into the jack, the other end is bare and tied directly into
the telco box.
The modem lit up and seems to be working. I honestly didn't have any
time to do any proper speed tests but in theory right now the router
should be load balancing between the two. It was also successful at
doing fail over when we disabled the Monkeybrains link.
The dressing in the closer was sort of a mess, I might drop by later
today and correct that a little bit.
Thanks again to Carlos and Patrick for the help.
