Awesome work!  It's not much extra distance to just keep the modem in the 
space.  I think it's the better option overall.

Since we dropped the static block of 8, we now have a differnt config that 
will need to be setup on the router.

Gateway	75.101.62.1
Subnet Mask	255.255.255.0
Name Servers	208.201.224.11, 208.201.224.33
