[Rack] New printer

[Torrie Fischer]

Printer's RPI now has:

* Readonly root
* The hostname scribe.noise
* A mongoose webserver serving up a super tiny index.html
* Some labels to indicate the above

There is also ssh access. Check the physical printer for login deets, and 
remember to Stay Excellent, my friends <3
