Depending on scheduling and queue, it might take an hour or so before
the item get reposted, your mileage my vary and I haven't tested half of
this out yet.

If someone can provide me with a nicer RSS feed of the announce list
that isn't through mail-archive.com, I'll be happy to use that instead.
