[Rack] Internet sucks at NB today.

Noisebridge is awesome, but the internet sucks today
​I did a slack report, and Rubin assisted me to know to leave the comment
here.  now I know.

The wifi / Internet has been buggy today.   For several minutes it is
working fine, for other minutes being painfully slow.   The space has very
few people, so its not too many users​.

For debugging, I wonder if it related to whatever had the internet off
yesterday, but I don't know.
