[Rack] SSL errors on website?

So I just found that we weren't sending the full certificate chain in 
the response, and have changed our configuration to do so.

This should resolve the issues with INVALID_AUTHORITY that folks have 
seen intermittently in Chrome. Still not a notion as to why the errors 
are intermittent however.

LMK if folks report this still happening.
