[Rack] Internet down at the space - remote hands requested for diagnostics

For anyone not on slack, it looks like the rooftop switch is up and has
access to the internet and the issue is likely with "pegasus". The router
in the rooftop nema box has internet connectivity and is able to ping the
switch, but is unable to reach the IP for pegasus.
