[Redshirts] Conflict of Interest

For clarity sake, are speaking on the harassment policy or amendments to 
access control (members and guests of members only after 11PM)?

The harassment policy was put into place by consensus with an expiration 
date in mid-January (for reevaluation by consensus).

The members/guests only after 11PM policy was tabled until next week.
