[Security] Malware from Toorcon

At Toorcon, I got the chance to catch up with a few friends, and someone
gave me a copy of some really badass PHP malware. Wow, I thought I'd never
see those three words together. I'll try to bring it by NB soon, although
I'm under a time crunch at work. I'd put it on pony.... but I'd prefer to
keep it local until we have figured out a good way to quarantine this stuff.
