[Sem] SEM progress

On Sunday 6/13, Mike, myself, Chris Murphy, and Alan worked on the TV
Mini-SEM.  Mike reports that the chamber has been cleaned and should be
functional.

I've started a wiki page to document the SEM:

I'd like to document how to use the SEM safely (without damaging it) on
the wiki.  Hopefully others can help.

The next step, Mike says, is to build a camera mount and hood so that we
can use the slow-scan mode to capture more detailed images.
