[Sewing] Serger not working?

Kelly,

Did anyone answer your question regarding the serger not capturing the
fourth thread on the bottom? My wife is having the same problem, nothing
recently changed just started a couple of days ago, first three chain
correctly last one just gets left out occasionally stitching in for a single
stitch.
