[Sewing] can the juki do double needle sewing?

No.  You can tell by the size of the hole in the face plate that the
needle goes through.  It will only fit one needle.  In any case, no
machine with a side-facing bobbin case can do double needle (or zig-zag
stitching for that matter).  If you try to imagine how it would work
with the pair of needles going down and intersecting with the bobbin,
you'll see why.
