[Sewing] Juki overlock : Fixed

After a bit of playing around and reading the various manuals I could 
find, I was able to fix the Juki overlock:

I measured the needle height and then realized that it was at ~ 5mm vs. 
the 10mm spec.  (The needle holder set screw was loose and the need 
holder shaft was well below where it should have been.

There may still need to be some slight tension adjustments, etc., but I 
was able to stitch about a yard worth of fabric to test it.
