[Space] Yuri's night booth schedule/tickets

Does anyone have information on how much tickets are or where they can be
purchased?
http://ynba.org just sells tickets for the festival night. Does that mean
that the education day and festival day are free?
And was there any resolution to Brian Choate's question about who is on "the
list"?
