Beacon is on - KJ6ERM is broadcasting as we drive. Remind me to swap
the battery before we launch ;) METARs still look dire, however Blake,
who is 50 miles north of Modesto, says the skies are pretty clear, so
things are looking hopeful. We may be recovering payload in the dark,
though :)

Take 580 through the mountains, follow it south. Go past Tracy (admire
the Tracy Municipal Airport), take the exit onto 132 eastbound, take
the first left (which is South Chrisman Road), the gas station should
be close by.
